It definitely seems like an odd choice to me. I mean, Phoenix and Maya don't really have that sort of relationship in the games, to begin with, so it doesn't even make much sense.
I designed the game around the tracker mechanic, which I think is really cool. It's not really NTR, because nobody is in a relationship, nobody is getting stolen etc, but to people who don't like it, it feels like NTR.
I know there are other ways to set up the premise, but I chose this one because I think it's cool and underutilised in H games. It's not for everyone, but it is what it is.
I'm looking into adding an option at the start of the game which cuts out the tracker + the stuff where Maya is with other people, at some point later on in development.
I went in expecting little and left surprised. The writing is spot-on and the new assets really match the actual game art style, I'm looking forward to the next updates.
As a fan of the series, I just wanna say you've got the Ace Attorney-style banter absolutely spot-on. All the little touches like sound effects and music stings, too.
This game has good style and has been made in good faith to the ace attorney series. It got me in the first half, not gonna lie.. Then it hits us with the NTR main plot, bruh

It's hard to say how long it will be. The game takes place over 7 days and there'll be a bonus 8th day too.
